The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Establishing long term goals as well as quarterly and annual business objectives and developing high quality business strategies and plans to deliver these.
- Managing the P&L and driving the business toward the achievement of business objectives.
- Ensuring that Company's operations are consistent with its overall strategy and mission and fostering a strong organizational culture in line with the company's values.
- Representing the Company with clients, investors and business partners.
- Working as a key part of the management team to establish business goals and objectives and developing high quality business strategies and plans to deliver these.
- Managing the operations of the company and ensuring these are in line with the Company's strategy and goals.
- Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize performance wherever possible.
Ideal Candidate
Position Summary :
- Make and attend necessary phone calls - inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide the required information to the customers
- Resolve any queries regarding gift delivery or transit damage.
- Maintain database by updating customer information on daily basis
- Write communication scripts for inbound calls
- Keep the team informed about customer calls and demos on a regular basis
