1. Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from customers regarding queries and complaints
2. Receiving, logging and managing calls via telephone and email
3. Log all calls in the Service Desk Call Logging system
4. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
5. Take ownership of customers problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the customers and communicate progress in a timely manner
6. Publish MIS, dashboard timely and effectively to vendors and customers
7. Manage L1 escalations
8. Collect customer feedbacks
9. Maintain integrity of data
10. Take the extra mile to engage customer
