Executive - Customer Care - eCommerce (2-5 yrs)
Role Executive - Customer Care (Female)
Location : Sindhu Bhavan, Ahmedabad
Experience: 3 - 5 Years exp. in customer care function into a fashion & lifestyle e-Commerce company.
Responsibilities
- To manage & coordinate all customer-related aspects of the company & to provide support for the top-level executive.
- Seamless management & coordination with the customer, designers, logistics company & other related departments, from the time the orders are placed till the time the order is received by the customer. Any returns/refunds & exchanges will also be managed to ensure customer satisfaction keeping in mind the company's gain. With your analytical skills, also understand how to manage a customer query.
- Responsible for giving directions to subordinates for proper packaging & quality control of the product as well & ensuring customer retention & smooth operations of the orders generated on the website.
- Any sales queries received will be handled and dealt with your promptness and vision of increasing sales.
- Handling customer queries and offering services across social media platforms as well
- Handling end-to-end customer communication across all channels to convert sales, address complaints and provide a satisfactory resolution. Work closely with the deliveries. Offer a premium experience for all customers.
- Handling customer-related queries and developing programs to enhance customer engagement and outreach. Working towards ensuring a cordial and pleasant shopping experience for each customer.
Skills :
- Excellent Telecommunication skills (in English) & Computer Savvy, Adaptability, Sincere and hardworking, Persistent & ability to judge the buyer profile
- MS Office, MIS & Reports
