Job Description:
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- New Account Registration: Process customer registration through Forms.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns.
- Making and Sending Quotations: Prepare quotations for required articles and services.
- New Lead Generation: Communicate with leads to arranging meetings and secure new business opportunities.
- Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales coordination & operations.
- Repeat Business: Encourage and manage repeat customer sales.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify additional sales opportunities.
- Lead Management: Generate and convert sales leads.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
