Executive - Customer Care - Call Centre (1-3 yrs)
- Managing incoming calls, chats, customer enquiry.
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, followup to ensure resolution.
- Good Communication skills in English and Tamil ( Other local languages preferred ).
- To upsell other products wherever possible.
- Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
- Supporting the customers in phone call and chat.
- Educate the customer clearly,regarding the product.
- Addressing the customer quiriesand resolving the issue
- Offer excellent service to the customer
- Provide oncall resolution
- Handle high rated customer with patient
- Maintain record of the calls made.
