Executive - Customer Care - BPO (3-5 yrs)
- Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to the deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards.
- Service and administrative functions in the pickup and delivery area.
- Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgment based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.
- Able to understand logistics partner scan/website shipment movement etc.
- Written & Verbal Communication Skills; Team Working Skills
- Microsoft Office/ Microsoft Excel & PC Skills; Problem Solving Skills, Decision making, escalation handling & convincing
- Customer Service: Customer Service Experience (Any logistics company)/ BPO / Call center or any customer-facing profile (Any logistics company like gati/FedEx/blue dart/DTDC/Safexpress etc)
