Executive - Customer Care - BPO (2-5 yrs)
We are Looking for Female candidate for Customer Care Executive position for reputed organisation.
Responsibilities:
- To analyze assigned MIDS and evaluate cases for disputes.
- To make decisions to contest the cases.
- To analyze transaction history, notes, and verify details pertaining to the cases.
- To access various portals, CRM, processors, and gateways to collate compelling evidences relevant to the case.
- To verify tracking details and support Clients about positives and missing information to win Cases.
- To prepare a rebuttal letter for the merchant with supporting documents in an accurate format. Upload accurate document sets to win Cases.
- Keep abreast knowledge of payment rules and regulations that is currently in the industry.
- To review and update knowledge of transaction processes, industry changes and
developments.
Required:
- Must be a graduate with no backlogs
- Must be a quick learner
- Must have Business acumen to understand the process end results
- Work experience related to Chargebacks/fraud and dispute are preferred
- Handling chargeback experience required
- Amadeus is must
