Job responsibilities.
- Handling Customer Services related calls.
- Resolving customer complaints. And queries.
- Handling Welcome Calling, Retention Calling, CSAT etc.
- To maintain customer data & update the Team Leader
- Handling all bank related queries .
- No sales and No Targets.
- Complete Inbound.
