Executive - Customer Care - BPO (1-2 yrs)
Should have experience in sales
- Candidates should be passionate, ambitious and aspiring professionals for Support operations that help expand our reach - locally, nationwide and globally.
- They will get an opportunity of owning the following deliverables that impact revenue and growth :
- Answer queries over Call, chat and email professionally to provide information about products and services, book/update orders, or obtain details of enquiries resulting in conversion & sale.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Process orders, forms and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated owners.
Requirements :
- The - primary qualification- we are looking for is keen interest in providing excellent Customer Experience. The following attributes are essential:
- Proven inside sales experience (1-2 years) is a big plus
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficiency in English, Kannada and Hindi
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Qualification - Graduates in any stream
