Skill Sets Required :
- Good fluency in Malayalam and English
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
- Answering Inbound call to answer customer query.
Designation: CCE (Customer Care Executive)
Location: Bangalore
Shifts: 24- 7 (9 hours including 1hour break)
No. of Working days: 6 days (1 Rotational week off)
Compensation: Best on par with industry standards + Performance based incentives.
Qualification: PUC (min 6months experience) / Graduate (Fresher)
Age Limit : 18 to 35 years
Transportation : One-way Cab facility provided for Night shift
Salary : 13000 CTC 11000 Take Home for freshers, 15000 CTC 13000 Take Home for experienced
