Executive - Customer Care - BPO (0-4 yrs)
- Attends to customer's inquiries via all available communication channels namely written, electronic and telephone.
- Verifies the order details within the specified timeline.
- Keeps the customer informed about any delays/ unavailability of the order placed and takes action accordingly
- Maintains updated knowledge of all company products and services at all times in order to provide adequate information to customers by using the right methods/tools.
- Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the customers and provides appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follows up, wherever applicable, to ensure resolution.
- Maintains a courteous, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Maintains a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
- Liaises with internal departments relating to issues regarding courier delays, product damage/quality, returns etc.
- Provides customer additional information or explains services wherever applicable.
- Records inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions in detail and takes action in accordance with it.
- Updates customer information in the Customer Information Management System.
