- Candidate should possess EXCELLENT oral and written English communication skills as a customer care executive.
- Candidate should have 0 months to 6 months of experience in Customer Support Process(Domestic).Freshers can also apply.
- Prior experience in Customer service industry will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work in an environment that requires some amount of phone-based customer interaction
- Proficiency with expert computer functions including MS Office suite strongly preferred in a customer care executive.
