Responsibilities and Duties :
- Interact with customer
- Solve their Query on calls
- Reporting to concern department if issue unresolved.
- Provide Solutions to the customer problems.
- Good knowledge of computer
Required Experience, Skills and Qualification :
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts
- Good communication skills in English (verbal)
- Minimum 12th Standard Any Stream
- Any Stream Graduate/Post Graduate
