Executive - Customer Care - BPO (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Manage the customer database for marketing and support
- Handle customer inbound and outbound calls
- Manage customer support tools and software
- Customer Service via phone, email, and chat
- Maintains composure and patience with customers
- Follow up with customers to further closure process
- Track customer data on daily basis
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Assessing customer needs and challenges
- Maintaining CRM database and sharing status reports to management.
- Report to CEO
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
ELIGIBILITY:
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience of calling
- Hindi and English language skills must
- Problem solving nature
- Good communication skill
- Decent knowledge of computer
- Female candidates would be given preference
- Preference would be given to the candidates living in Gurgaon
