Executive - Customer Care - BPO (0-1 yrs)
-JOB OVERVIEW-
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our BPO voice process team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, providing excellent customer service efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITES :
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers as required.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the products/services offered by the company.
- Stay updated on product/service features, benefits, and any updates.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Comply with company policies and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other team members.
- Use clear and concise language to convey information.
- Identify and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure high-quality standards in customer interactions.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts for UK & US campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Proven experience in a customer service or BPO voice process role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
