Executive - Customer Care - BPO (0-1 yrs)

BPO Voices Process Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone. You will handle inbound and outbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries and concerns related to the products or services offered by the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle high call volumes.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries and concerns.

- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.

- Manage and update customer information in the database accurately.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

- Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner.

- Meet or exceed customer service standards set by the organization.

- Participate in training programs to stay updated on the products and services offered by the organization.

- Adhere to call scripts, policies, and procedures as required.

- Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Provide feedback to the team leaders on ways to improve the customer service experience.

Requirements :

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.

- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO industry is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a neutral accent.

- Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.

- A customer-centric approach and a positive attitude towards work.
