Customer care Executive
We are looking for Customer Service Executive candidates who have been into loans for at least one year.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities :
- Emails and Chats to be answered within the Stipulated time given.
- Inbound/Outbound calls handling.
- Follow Up with Calls if need to close the issues of the users.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for the closure of user issues.
- Maintaining MIS for the queries responded.
Desired Requirements :
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Should possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good technical skills, preferred skills-MS Office, Visual Basic.
CTC : 4 LPA with 10% Variable.
Experience : 1 Year
Location : Gurgaon
