Executive - Customer Care - Banking Sector (0-1 yrs)
Job Description
- Result oriented outbound calls
- Attending daily to frequent inbound TeleCalls (ACD) from Existing & New Home Loan Customers
- Answer customer calls in a professional / pleasant manner.
- Preparing various CALL reports.
- Not Target Base.
Requirements

- Good communication skill, English is essential
- Good knowledge in EXCEL and MS WORD
