Job Description
- Result oriented outbound calls
- Attending daily to frequent inbound TeleCalls (ACD) from Existing & New Home Loan Customers
- Answer customer calls in a professional / pleasant manner.
- Preparing various CALL reports.
- Not Target Based.
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication skill english is essential
- Good knowledge in Excel and MS WORD.
