Shift timings : Morning Shift


Working days : Mon to Sat


Experience : 2+ years


Salary : 2LPA - 3LPA

- Female candidates only

Responsibilities for customer service executive (CRM Executive) :

- Listen to customers' concerns, issues and questions


- Resolve customers' concerns and answer customers' questions to your best ability


- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints


- Multi-task on different communication channels Case conversion.


- Promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise


- Recommend possible products to meet the customers' needs Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary


- Complete the assigned tasks within the assigned SLA's.


- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.


- Supporting the customer through an email/chat and phone calls.


- Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.


- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.


- Adhering to the company's rules and regulations.


Required Skills :

- Experience in Customer service handling Inbound calls


Education Qualification :


- Candidate should have completed at-least HSC or higher


- Ability to Multi-task with on different communication channels


- Customer Relationship Management Skills


- Case conversion skills


- Good problem-solving abilities


- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks


- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities


- A quick learner and exceptional ability to make decisions


- Phenomenal conflict-resolution/escalation handling skills


- Dialer system and CRM knowledge will be an added advantage


- Strong interpersonal skills Strong verbal communicator


- Fluent in speaking English and regional language - Hindi and Marathi


- Good knowledge of basic computer applications
