Executive - Customer Care (1-7 yrs)
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Daily processing of applications and updating records in Excel and Database.
2. Conducting outbound calls to customers for profile verification.
3. Resolving customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Coordinating with network marketing companies and clients to meet various requirements.
5. Preparation of MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
6 Data maintenance to ensure accuracy and completeness.
7. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to streamline processes.
QUALIFICATION :
Any Graduate
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Good communication skills.
2. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
3. Knowledge of MS Access would be an added benefit.
4. Strong computer literacy.
5. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
6. Familiarity with background verification profiles is a plus.
7. Customer service experience is required.
EXPERIENCE : 6 months - 3 Years
LOCATION : Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra
SHIFT : 11 am - 8 pm (6 days working with 1 weekly off on any weekday)
