Executive - Customer Care (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for handling and resolving all kind of process related queries, Billing, CSAT, follow-ups and email responses.
- Should have ability to interact with all kind of B2B and B2C people from diverse culture.
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication Skills.
- Should have good hands on MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Email etiquette.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Female candidates preferred.
- Can join immediately.
Salary Package :
- 3 LPA - 4.2 LPA + Incentives
- Meal + Cabs/Cab Allowance
