Executive - Customer Care (1-10 yrs)
Customer Support/Communication Head
We are looking for a qualified female Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support. He/she will the point of contact for our online customers in case of any complaints , glitch in logistics or any new enquiries. Customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.
Responsibilities :
- Attending to enquiries from new customers
- Attending to customer complaints and finding solutions for the same
- Handling order cancellations , returns , payment recovery and co-ordinating for the same with logistics team.
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback data
- Ensuring smooth customer order fulfilment process and resolving obstacles , if any.
- Co-ordinating with creative and marketing team to run marketing campaigns and marketing material
- Subordination in case of any offline marketing events/activities such as promotional stalls and participation in exhibitions
- Maintaining a strong relationship with loyal customers and achieving highest retention with continuous customer communication.
Requirements :
- Gender : Female
- A Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
- Excellent interpersonal , oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate level of experience with MS-office and computer/web skills
- Language known : English , Marathi and Hindi
- Salary range : 20-30k per month. Negotiable depending on work experience .
