Executive - Customer Care (0-5 yrs)
Job Title: Sales Executive(Voice)
Working Days: 6 days a week | Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM tools
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve organizational goals
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Skills:
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience preferred)
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle objections effectively
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: 15,000- 23,000
