Customer Care Executive
- We are hiring enthusiastic female candidates for the post of Customer Care Executive.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. The candidate will be responsible for answering to customer queries and retain the customer by providing solutions to them over calls and email.
2. The candidate will be required to help in the growth of the company by generating fruitful business leads.
3. The candidate would be required to answer to her manager and give report of the work done whenever asked.
Eligibility :
1. Must have excellent communication skills.
2. Graduate fresher/ experienced can apply.
3. Undergraduate with 6 months of experience can apply.
4. Experienced candidate must have proper documents or else would be considered as fresher.
Process : Voice and Non-Voice
Salary :
1. For freshers the salary range would be from 1.20LPA to2.40LPA,
2. For experienced candidates deserving hike will be given.
3. There is no salary bar for deserving candidates (for both freshers and experienced).
Job Timings :
For Day Shift : 10:30 am to 6:30pm
For Night Shift : 9:00 pm to 6:00 am
