We are hiring for a company which provide back-office processing and digital transformation services that caters to your unique requirements.
The Job Key responsibilities areas :
- Handle US outbound calls of customers
- Convert the calls to new business leads and successful sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database and CRM.
- Clearly communicate client product descriptions.
- Proactively take responsibility to achieve and exceed targets
- Provide internal reports, data and updates on a daily, weekly, monthly basis or as and when required.
Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :
- Experience in International Outbound process will be added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education - +2 PUC, BA / B. Com
