Window: 8am to 8pm ( 9 Hrs Shifts)
Week Offs: Rotational

Location : 9th Floor, Vatika Professional Point, Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana.
Skillset Requirement :
- Possess excellent communication and listening skills, with fluency in English
- Typing Speed: 30 WPM required, Accuracy 90%
Job Role & Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of CRM practices and systems
- Embrace a customer-oriented approach with a high level of professionalism in all interactions
- Exhibit exceptional multitasking, time management, and goal-oriented skills
- Conduct outbound calls to engage with customers and clients effectively
- Identify and address customer needs, resolve issues, and offer suitable solutions
- Ensure strict adherence to the company's customer service script to maintain consistency in communication
- Stay well-informed about company policies and website content to provide accurate responses to frequently asked questions and policy-related inquiries
- Cultivate and maintain positive customer relations through effective communication and problem-solving
- Strive to achieve personal targets while actively contributing to the team's overall goals and targets
