Executive - Customer Care (0-3 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Respond to customers inquiries via live chat, email, phone and social media.
- Build a sustainable relationship of trust and respect with customers by maintaining a positive and empathetic behavior at all times.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer across the organization to identify product improvements.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and take ownership of issues and have the determination to follow through.
- Work with the management to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed about any changes in the company policies.
- Understand and meet your KPI's and customer service metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Work as a results-driven team member with strong attention to customer experience and commitment to quality customer service.
- Have good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally or externally and at all levels and should be a team player.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Good command of English & Hindi (both oral and written).
- Good to have experience in working with customer success.
