Executive - Customer Care (0-3 yrs)
1. Processing of enquiries received
2. Uploading the leads into Leads Tracer, regular follow-ups based on the scheduled date, and updating status.
3. Sending mails and SMS to interested candidates
4. Call cold call lists (as provided)
5. Get candidates to walk-into the office
6. Daily reports being sent as per format
7. Counsel candidates (from all sources) and convert to enrolments
8. Call candidates for follow-up
9. Only female candidates preferable from Trivandrum
