Salary: - 15,000 - 30,000/month + Lucrative Incentives

Education: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)
Working Days: 6 Days/Week | Rotational Shifts
Experience: 0-5 Years (Freshers Welcome!)
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls with professionalism
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain engagement and ensure high customer satisfaction
Log interactions in CRM and escalate complex cases as needed
- Meet targets in customer service, resolution time & engagement
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
- Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or BPO is a plus
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge & familiarity with CRM tools
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for customer excellence
