Executive - Customer Care (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in both Hindi and English.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Adhere to the company's policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Work on rotational shifts, with working hours between 8 am to 8 pm.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Educational Qualification : Any graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Language Proficiency : Fluency in Hindi and English (Versant Level 4 or equivalent).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts and rotational off days.
Work Schedule :
- 6 days working week with 1 rotational off.
- Rotational shifts between 8 am to 8 pm, with a total working time of 9 hours and 45 minutes.
