Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives (CCE) in Jaipur. The ideal candidates should possess exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of 12th grade or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations will be an advantage, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Basic computer proficiency,Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Salary Range:
Non-Premium: INR 13,000 to INR 15,000 CTC per month
Premium: INR 14,000 to INR 18,000 CTC per month
