Job Description:
- Telecalling for various projects as Lead generation/Verification/Collection calling/conversion etc.
- Flair for sales/customer service.
- Meet the assigned targets with compliance to quality parameters for the respective process.
- Customer follows up and feedback.
- Accuracy is very essential to connect to the correct numbers required.
Job Specification:
- Educational requirement Minimum H.S.C/12th (10+2) cleared.
- Basic knowledge of computer operating systems
- Well versed with excel and is able to type sentences/remarks in English. (Minimum Typing Speed: 22WPM)
- Fluent in English.
