Executive - Customer Care (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Manage all clients interactions as rostered within parameters
2. Respond to all clients in appropriate tone and language.
3. Offer a solution-based approach for all client interactions
4. Educate the client at every given possible opportunity.
5. Ensure updating of product, system, process and policy knowledge.
6. Capture client details and data relevant to the call or service.
7. Resolve client queries within agreed timelines.
8. Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals.
9. Need to stay informed about the latest trends, algorithms and technologies to adapt their strategies and tactics accordingly.
10. Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements.
Requirements :
1. Degree in marketing, finance, communication, or a similar discipline.
2. Outstanding verbal and written communication.
3. Ability to forge profound working relationships.
4. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
