- Listen actively to customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat if required.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
- Stay updated on product/service offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer service excellence.
