- Qualification : Undergraduate (UG) or Graduate

- Language Proficiency : Hindi and English (Speaking)

- Experience : Freshers and experienced candidates are both eligible to apply

- Key Responsibilities :


- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner


- Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently


- Provide information about products and services


- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions- Ensure customer satisfaction and support
