Hiring for a Customer care Executive
Location:Indore, Jaipur, mohali, Chandigarh
Mode of work: WORK FROM OFFICE
- BPO International and Domestic Voice Process .
- Excellent communication skills .
- Graduate/Undergraduate.
- 5 days working, 2 days off.
- Rotational shifts (24x7).
- Comfortable with night shifts.
Salary upto 34k CTC (According to Location).
Roles & Responsibility's :
- To help a customer understand the product and services,
- Answers customers' phone calls and provide support to customers.
- Also, they focus on creating an exceptional customer experience that helps in customer retention and increases loyalty to their brand
