Executive - CRM Sales (1-6 yrs)
We're hiring a motivated CRM Sales Representative to drive the sales of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. The role involves prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship building to contribute to our organizational growth.
- Key Responsibilities :
1. - Prospecting and Lead Generation :
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
2. - Consultative Selling :
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' business needs.
- Position our CRM solutions as tailored solutions to address specific client requirements.
3. - Product Presentation and Demonstration :-
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Conduct product demonstrations showcasing CRM system functionality.
4. - Proposal Development :
- Prepare and present customized proposals with accurate pricing and implementation timelines.
- Collaborate with the sales support team for proposal completeness.
5. - Negotiation and Closing :
- Negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
6. - Relationship Building :
- Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support for client success.
7. - Collaboration with Internal Teams :
- Work closely with technical and implementation teams for a seamless transition.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotions.
8. - Sales Reporting and Forecasting :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends.
- Qualifications :
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in CRM solutions or related software/services.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and their application.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Additional Requirements :
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Familiarity with the latest CRM technology trends.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.
