Qualification :

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Total Years Experience :

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the real estate industry CRM management or a related role.

- 3 to 6 years experience in Real Estate sector.

Role & responsibilities :

- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of customer recovery cases. Monitor compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

- Stakeholder Communication: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to effective communication with other departments that impact the customer recovery function.

- Customer Recovery Performance: Monitor and contribute to the overall success rate of recovering customers and resolving their issues. Support the team in achieving recovery targets.

- Team Support and Development: Assist in leading and developing the customer recovery team.

- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the customer recovery process. Actively participate in implementing changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recovery procedures.

Technology Utilization:

1. Leverage ERP software and other relevant technologies to enhance customer management processes.

2. Ensure the team is trained on and effectively using ERP tools.

Tools / Software / Application :

- CRM software

- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Email marketing tools

- Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, including property values, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations.

- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
