Executive - CRM/Customer Service/Customer Support (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving the customers complaints.
- Knowing products in and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, Comments and Complains.
- Communicating and coordinating with collogues as necessary.
- Mainly for customer sales support emails and calls
- MIS Report.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
