Job Description:
- Follow up with clients for due Installments towards against the property booked by them.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with others Team members, communicating to your manager, and speaking with customers & Developers.
- Follow up with Sales Team/Developer for booking amount clearance status.
- Interaction with clients to resolve any type of queries over the mail and call.
- Proper coordination with various departments like accounts team, Legal Team & Sales Team.
- Data reconciliation with Developer data within timeline and update the status of bookings to reporting manager as well as sales Team.
- Cancellation updation and NOC preparation.
- Updation of clients calling remarks in recovery MIS on daily basis.
