Executive - CRM (2-3 yrs)
We are looking for a proactive CRM Executive to join our Customer Relationship Management team in Surat. Reporting to the D2C Manager, the CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and enhancing retention rates. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to efficiently handle queries and feedback.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Interaction : Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Customer Feedback : Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- CRM System Management : Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Customer Retention : Implement strategies to improve customer retention, including personalized communication and proactive engagement.
- Order Tracking & Follow-Up : Monitor order progress, provide customers with updates, and coordinate with other departments to resolve any delays or issues.
- Reports & Insights : Generate regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels to provide insights to the D2C Manager.
- Process Improvemen : Suggest and help implement improvements to CRM processes, enhancing efficiency and the overall customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum 1-2 years in customer relationship management or a related field.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Attention to Detail : High accuracy in handling customer information and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior experience in a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms.
