Executive - CRM (1-6 yrs)
1. To remain well-groomed as per company policy and greeting the patients and guests on telephone or in-person.
2. Handling telephonic inquiries of the patients and keeping a record of the same.
3. Booking new and follow-up appointments of the patients online and record directly in the PMS.
4. Handling online leads and completing follow-ups on timely basis.
5. Team coordination in medical camps and completing follow-ups for leads conversion on timely basis.
6. Assisting patients to fill-up the registration form and then registering patients in PMS.
7. Collecting payments and generating receipts for the patients.
8. Ensuring patients file (IVF files + Lab reports + SA report) collection in order for the next day appointments and informing consultants on the appointments.
9. Retrieving lab reports from the lab at regular interval and arranging the same in the alphabetical order.
10. Following the patient flow as per standards and coordinating the same with other roles in the Center.
11. Scheduling appointments of the patients in a way which helps in minimizing patient waiting time in the system.
12. Managing the patients waiting time in peak hours. Assisting them with their queries and check if see them in distress
13. Encouraging patients to fill up the OPD patient feedback through google reviews
14. Participates in all events/promotions/training and development programs
15. Obtaining and entering new patient demographics and other related information in the Operations software
16. Reviewing all forms for accuracy and completion according to Center policies prior to accepting
17. Billing for the patients and closure of account on daily basis and submission before leaving
18. Collecting feedback forms from the patients and documenting the same. End of the month preparing and analysing reports to manager (feedback and other reports).
19. Maintaining the In & out appointment timings and end of the month preparing reports sending it to manager.
20. Rescheduling of the OPD appointments whenever required after checking the consultants schedule from Appointments calendar
Skills Reqd:
2 to 3 years of experience in handling inbound and outbound calling for patients. To build sustainable customer relationships through open and interactive communication as per Clinic SOPs. Persistent to do online lead conversion. Should be able to manage Patient counselling for Packages. Candidates worked in Hospital / Clinic are preferred.
Education: Any Graduate, Fluency in Local Language and English Communication is a must.
