Position Title: Creative Copywriting Executive

Position Purpose:

We are seeking a talented Creative Copywriting Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for storytelling, a strong command of language, and a proven ability to craft compelling copy that resonates with our target audience. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape our brand narrative, drive engagement, and elevate our real estate marketing efforts through impactful and persuasive language.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Copywriting and Content Creation:

- Develop creative and engaging copy for a variety of marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements.

- Craft compelling headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action to capture attention and drive action from our audience.

Collaboration and Integration:

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and key messaging points.

- Work closely with designers and other creative professionals to integrate copy seamlessly into visual assets.

- Provide feedback and guidance to external partners as needed.

Brand Consistency and Adaptation:

- Adapt writing style and tone to align with brand voice and guidelines across all communication channels.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to grammatical standards in all written content.

Research and Strategy:

- Conduct research on real estate market trends, competitive landscape, and target demographics to inform content strategy and messaging.

- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and digital marketing techniques to continuously improve the effectiveness of our copywriting efforts.

Project Management:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

Copywriting Expertise:

- 3 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in the real estate or related industry.

- Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and syntax.

Content Adaptation and Strategy:

- Ability to craft persuasive and engaging copy that drives results and resonates with target audiences.

- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of writing samples across different formats and channels.

- Ability to adapt writing style and tone to suit various audiences and platforms.

Research and Industry Knowledge:

- Strong research skills with the ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources.

- Knowledge of real estate industry terminology, trends, and best practices is preferred.

- Proficiency in SEO principles and keyword research is a plus.

Soft Skills:

- Accountability and Ownership:

- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of responsibilities assigned.

Business Acumen:

- Proven business acumen and a complete understanding of the latest business trends.

Interpersonal Skills:

- Good relationship management with strong interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
