Job Description:

We are hiring Senior Sales Executives for a reputed jewelry showroom in Indiranagar, Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have experience in luxury retail/jewelry sales, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to drive sales while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify and engage potential customers through networking, referrals, and in-store interactions.

Customer Relationship Management : Build long-term relationships with clients, understand their preferences, and offer personalized recommendations.

Product Presentation & Demonstration : Showcase jewelry collections, explaining product details, quality, and pricing to enhance customer experience.

Sales & Negotiation : Close sales effectively while adhering to company pricing policies and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy & Planning : Contribute to sales strategies, meet targets, and participate in showroom promotions.

Market & Product Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to improve sales approaches.

After-Sales Service : Assist customers with post-purchase queries, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Reporting & Documentation : Maintain sales records, customer interactions, and prepare reports for management review.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with the showroom team, marketing, and customer service departments to drive business growth.
