Executive - Counter Sales - Jewellery (1-2 yrs)
A Jewelry Counter Sales Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling jewelry products to customers.
- They should have a comprehensive knowledge of jewelry products, design trends, and market demands to offer the best advice to customers.
- Sales executives work closely with customers to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate products.
- They must collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that the store's inventory is always up-to-date with the latest trends.
- They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong ability to close sales. In addition, they should be able to handle cash and credit card transactions, maintain accurate records of sales and inventory, and keep the store clean and organized.
