Executive - Corporate Sales (2-4 yrs)
A Corporate Sales Executive is a professional responsible for driving sales within a company by targeting corporate clients or businesses rather than individual consumers. This role typically involves building long-term relationships with key decision-makers in larger organizations, managing high-value accounts, and providing tailored solutions to meet business needs. The position is usually more strategic, as it requires a deep understanding of business needs, complex sales processes, and a high level of negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients or business accounts by networking, prospecting, and using business development strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues and providing high levels of service.
- Develop and implement strategies to target corporate clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Create customized sales plans for different business sectors or industries, focusing on addressing specific client needs.
Skills & Qualities:
- The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with corporate decision-makers and negotiate complex deals.
- Strategic Thinking: Able to develop and execute long-term sales strategies tailored to corporate clients' needs and business objectives.
- Client-Centric Focus: Skilled in identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions that maximize value for both the client and the company.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitor offerings to position your company's solutions effectively.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
