Executive - Corporate Sales (0-2 yrs)
This is a full-time on-site role for (Sales Lead Generation) located in Mumbai. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting market research, and effectively communicating with potential clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for sales-related tasks to contribute to the growth of the company.
Gate Meeting Participation :
Client Prospecting (Hunting ):
- Proactively scout for new clients within your designated territory, identifying potential business opportunities.
Relationship Building :
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and key influencers to promote brand loyalty and support business growth.
Field Task Completion :
- Execute assigned field tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a 100% accuracy rate in all activities.
New Contact Generation :
- Achieve or exceed assigned targets for generating new contacts, contributing to the expansion of our client network.
Qualifications :
- Strong skills in generating new leads and lead generation
- Experience in conducting market research
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record in sales
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
