POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for leading internal communications w.r.t. existing or new initiatives. We are looking for a creative, internal communications professional who can effectively influence and collaborate across Portescap. The role will be responsible for leading planning, development,implementation, monitoring of internal communications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Create, manage and lead internal and external communications to inform and engage employees as well as potential employees and customers with information around company,our strategy, and how we live, work and lead
2. Leverage communication on social and professional networks to drive engagement and build Portescap as a brand
3. Build creativity in existing communication channels and provide new communication platforms to enhance reach of organizational messaging/ initiatives
Position Description Statement :
4. Develop relationships with University/College Leaders and Professors to assist in overall insight and activities at each school
5. Develop innovative and creative ways to project Portescap as a great place to work and increase our competitive advantage
6. Co design and Coordinate all campus engagement events at universities/colleges ensuring timeliness and consistency while partnering with Recruiting Coordinators and Business Leaders
7. Ensure that appropriate marketing and advertising is coordinated in line with firm-wide efforts and strategy
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Graduate OR Post-Graduation in Corporate Communications with 2-3 years- experience
KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
- Internal: All Functions
- External: Vendors or Media Partners
