Responsibilities :

- To develop the implementation of Corporate Communications strategies and plans to advance the Company's Corporate image.

- To work on marketing communication material for the various business units.

- To handle External Communications, Media Relations, and Social Media Management.

- To handle media queries, replies, and facilitate news filming and photography requests for corporate promotions.

- To strategies and develop communication plan, content development and other internal/external engagement.

- To manage Internal Communications, Corporate Marketing and Communication Collaterals Management. This includes communication of Company's policies, drafting of press releases, updating of company's websites, and contributing to company's internal publications.

- To be an editor for the CEO message, staff newsletters and magazine.

- To coordinate and facilitate media/analyst interviews with senior management.

- To assist in logistics for media interview, internal & external results/MIS briefing. To manage a suite of marketing communication collaterals such as corporate brochures, materials, and company merchandise.To monitor and ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives and campaigns.

- To work closely with other entities/regional offices.

- To provide support for initiatives and ensure that key corporate messages, standards, and guidelines were cascaded effectively and consistently. To involve in a common platform connecting all entities/regional offices

Qualification :

- Candidate must possess, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, business studies /Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.

- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail .

- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues at all levels and locations.

- Expert level written and verbal communication skills.

- At least 3 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.

- Meticulous, resourceful, creative and a team player.

- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Must have content and website management experience.

- Possess IT savvy skills and creative in designing would be a bonus.

- An eye for detail and appeal to the mass appeal in order to create company Brand Awareness presence in the social media platform etc.

- Very versatile in the Creative Marketing abilities.
